9.1 lensat-multimedia.com offers no guarantee on the products sold. The User can assert his rights directly against the manufacturer.

 

9.2 The User has a right of return within 14 days. He can cancel his order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Products must be returned as received and in their original packaging accompanied by a return slip to the following address: Lensat-Multimedia, av. de la Gare 52, 1618 Châtel-Saint-Denis

• if the return is due to an error by lensat-multimedia.com, by remitting the amount debited to the account of the payment method used during the purchase

• in other cases, by offering the user a coupon code.

Coupon codes can be used on the Site for one year. Only the amount paid is refunded and coupon codes cannot be refunded or reactivated.
