10.1 Coupon codes can be used on the Site in accordance with the conditions and deadlines indicated when they are communicated to the User or when they are published. They cannot be exchanged or reactivated, and their value cannot be paid out in cash.

 

10.2 In the event of return due to an error of lensat-multimedia.com of a product partially paid for by means of a coupon code, a new coupon code of equivalent value will be issued in favor of the user. Any coupon codes used will not be reactivated.
